7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
If COD is available in your delivery area:
- You must pay the exact amount in Euros (€) to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
- COD orders may require phone confirmation before dispatch.
- Failure to accept COD delivery may lead to suspension of the option for future orders.
8. Refunds
Refunds are processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.
Once approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your bank or PayPal account.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery, you’ll receive a refund through bank transfer (please provide valid account details).

If your payment is declined:
- Double-check your billing details, card validity, and account balance.
