Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather or courier issues.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
a. Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of grocery items, perishable or temperature-sensitive goods (e.g., fruits, vegetables, frozen items) cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.
b. Non-Perishable Goods
Non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in unopened and resalable condition, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
c. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
