This policy outlines our shipping and delivery terms for all online purchases made through our website within Finland.

2. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery services in:

  • Rovaniemi city and nearby areas within Lapland
  • Delivery outside Rovaniemi may be available upon request (subject to distance and delivery charge)

Before checkout, please confirm that your postal code is within our delivery coverage area.

If your address is outside our coverage, you may still pick up your order from our store location.


3. Pickup Option (Click & Collect)

Customers can choose Pickup at checkout.
Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you by email or SMS.

🕓 Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

4. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered within:

  • Rovaniemi city: 1–2 business days
  • Nearby Lapland areas: 2–4 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Weather or seasonal conditions
  • Courier delays (especially in rural or remote areas)

We always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.


5. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees depend on the order total, delivery location, and delivery method.

6. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You’ll receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched.


7. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery at your provided address.
If you are unavailable:

  • The driver may contact you via phone or SMS.
  • If the delivery fails, your order may be returned to the store or rescheduled.

Re-delivery charges may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.


8. Delivery of Perishable Items

We handle all fresh, frozen, and perishable products with care to ensure quality and food safety.
Customers are advised to receive deliveries promptly upon arrival to maintain freshness.

We are not responsible for spoilage or quality loss if:

  • You fail to receive or collect the order on time, or
  • The delivery address provided is incorrect.

9. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking number (if courier-based delivery), or
  • A delivery confirmation message (for local in-house deliveries).

10. Delivery Delays

We aim to deliver all orders within the stated timeframe.
However, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions (snow, storms, etc.)
  • Public holidays or courier issues
  • Inventory or supply chain delays

11. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

Please check your order immediately upon delivery.
